About Quiet Landing

Quiet Landing is an independent shop based in San Francisco, California. We are an independent retailer of desk accessories. Kiko Leather supplies and ships the products offered in our initial collection; we do not manufacture those products. We use Shopify to run our store and AI assistance for store management and customer support.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and the order total appear at checkout before payment. Product availability can change. If an item cannot be supplied, we will notify you and refund the affected purchase. We do not substitute products or impose a higher price after purchase without your agreement.

Please provide accurate delivery and contact details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. An order confirmation records receipt of your order; it does not mean the item has shipped. Tracking is sent when the order ships.

Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Our shipping policy explains dispatch estimates, delivery and delays. Our refund policy explains returns, cancellations and remedies. Quiet Landing remains your customer-service contact, including when the supplier handles fulfillment. These policies do not restrict non-waivable consumer rights.
