Good to know before gifting

  • Delivery: products ship directly from Kiko Leather in California. Estimated dispatch is within five business days, Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays. Carrier transit time is additional; contact us before ordering for a fixed event date.
  • Presentation: custom logos, gift wrapping, gift notes and consolidated gift boxes are not included. We do not currently promise coordinated delivery to multiple addresses.
  • Support: Quiet Landing handles order questions and remedies. Unused-item return requests are accepted within 14 days after delivery, subject to our return policy.
  • Fit: leather may not suit every recipient. For the compact pad, try our free actual-size footprint PDF before choosing. Tray dimensions are not currently verified; ask if an exact fit matters.
